I agree! Again, from the Buddhist perspective, attachments brings suffering, and ultimately, envy etc. is based on a false duality about what constitutes the nature of the "self," and therefore, what we think will or won't bring us pain or pleasure.

100%. And then the process or taking hold of our thoughts itself is enjoyable. It is a never ending source of thinking material if we just pay closer attention to our minds

20+ is hardcore devotion. Well done. I tell myself the same, and then I realize that it may not just be attaining the thing that matters, but simply learning to love the process. Maybe that is all those we call "enlightened" ever actually did, which is exceptional enough from my point of view at least
